ENTEVATE co-creates actionable innovation roadmaps that move ecosystems, ventures, and teams from ideation through amplification — with metric-driven clarity at every waypoint.
Eight proven Waypoint stages that navigate opportunities from ideas to sustained, scalable outcomes — with structure and accountability at every waypoint.
Choose one or combine them — each Innovation Roadmapping track is designed to work independently or as part of a fully integrated innovation engagement.
We assess your ecosystem across seven interconnected basecamps, from research and economic impact to workforce development and community brand affinity. Every layer is evaluated, gap-analyzed, and roadmapped into a unified action plan.
Explore the Ecosystem Model →A contained, low-risk environment to prototype and test your most promising ideas before full deployment. We design the sandbox, run facilitated sessions, and deliver a validated signal to prioritize market opportunities. Aligned with NSF I-Corps, DoC-EDA, and NIST frameworks.
Run a Sandbox →We build structured, milestone-driven innovation roadmaps aligned to your organization's goals and resources. ENTEVATE stays with you through venture development to bring those milestones to life and deliver scalable outcomes at every Waypoint.
Build Your Roadmap →Connecting innovators with capital through curated investor syndicates, funding readiness roadmapping, and the Innovation Funding Lab®, a hands-on track for ventures preparing to raise their next round of investment.
Activate Capital →AIQUI is ENTEVATE's applied framework for organizations building at the frontier of AI and Quantum innovation. Using the 7 Core Ecosystem Elements Basecamps™ model, AIQUI maps the full innovation landscape — from policy and research to workforce, venture development, and community access. Innovation Sandbox initiatives engage disparate stakeholders around use cases of applied innovation. The first AIQUI Innovation Sandbox was launched in the State of Connecticut and is closely aligned with the mission of its NSF Innovation Engine — QuantumCT — as well as the State's strategies for economic, workforce and community development.
Explore the AIQUI Innovation Sandbox →Engagements where ENTEVATE frameworks moved from blueprint to real-world impact.
ENTEVATE worked closely with the State of Connecticut, City of Hartford and industry leaders to design and facilitate the launch of the first applied AI + Quantum Innovation (AIQUI) Sandbox environment grounded in the ENTEVATE Ecosystem Model and Waypoint framework. Working across academic, research, policy leaders, vendors and industry stakeholders, ENTEVATE mapped the full AIQUI Innovation Sandbox ecosystem using the 7 Core Ecosystem Elements Basecamps™ — identifying gaps, aligning cross-ecosystem priorities, and standing up a structured sandbox to accelerate applied technology outcomes.
A leading energy organization partnered with ENTEVATE to build an internal innovation lab capable of moving ideas from signal to scalable venture. ENTEVATE led the design of the lab's operating model, facilitated structured ideation and validation cycles through the Innovation Roadmapping™ framework, and connected the venture pipeline to capital readiness programming through the Innovation Funding Lab®.
In partnership with kloudtrack, Cisco Systems and the Cisco Developer Network (CDN) ecosystem, the first Cloud / Cyber Innovation Sandbox was launched in the DMV+ region with George Mason University. Housed in the Volgenau School of Engineering, the sandbox aligned applied computer science capstone Fellows with industry use case and vendor stakeholders. The Innovation Sandbox team was instrumental in defining best practices and metrics of evaluation for Centers of Excellence, co-chairing the NIST Working Group and Reference Architecture efforts for Cloud Computing, Cyber and Data Interoperability. Sandbox outcomes directly informed the launch of the NIST National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE).
Let's map your innovation journey together. ENTEVATE partners with ecosystems, enterprises, and emerging ventures.
